The TitanEXCEL custom rotational moulding process produces bespoke parts. With more than three decades of experience at the forefront of plastic rotational moulding technology, we have pushed the boundaries, embracing new developments in technique and materials to ensure our clients benefit from high performance products at economically efficient rates.

During the rotational moulding manufacturing process, a hollow mould is rotated throughout heating and cooling stages, allowing the material to coat the walls of the mould. This provides a consistency in thickness and density, increasing strength in potentially vulnerable points and assuring high product performance.
